Hi -

In Phoenix WinNonlin compartmental models (such as Model 7), what is the definition of CLD2? I assume it is Clearance from the peripheral compartment, but can’t find any documentation. (The D in the abbreviation is a mystery)

Hi Sherry,

you can find information regarding parameter definitions in WinNonlin User’s Guide (see screenshot below). CLD2 is the inter-compartmental clearance also known as distributional clearance between the compartments.
