CT Package location?

If a machine can’t connect to the our servers to download CT updates automatically, you can manually put the updated CT package in the corresponding standard path similar to: C:\Users%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\configs\data\CDISC\SDTM\2020-03-27

Since this CT version was released after Community 3.0.2 was released, the Community installers could not include this update. Community will download and install this update if the user is logged in with a Pinnacle ID.

Hello,

Normally CT packages are located in the P21 Community directory installed in the user’s Documents folder.

For the newest CT package (2020-03-27) this does not appear to be the case.

Could you please let me know where this new package has been installed for P21 3.0.2?

We have a user for whom P21 simply refuses to update itself, and we’d like to provide them with the new CT package manually.
