How do model passive and active transport in Caco-2 cells

Dear All,

I need some help with modeling passive and active permeability across Cac-2 cells and in the presence of inhibitor. I attach a paper where this was accomplished in NONMEM. Since I am not familiar with NONMEM I was trying to set it up in PHOENIX. However, this also proves challenging for me.

I attached the original paper and my data table and model structure attempt.
