# Multiple profiles NCA from raw data

Hi, I am trying to do a NCA on multiple concentration x time curves (profiles) starting from raw data (not averaged data). For each profile I have multiple measurements at each time point. The whole data is contained in one worksheet. My problem is trying to find a way to automate the process of averaging the data and sending it to NCA. It doesn’t seem possible to do that without splitting the worksheet by profiles, using descriptive statistics on each subworksheet, and somehow merge them together. Is there any other way of doing that? Thanks

Camila - I think we need an example dataset/project to see what you are trying to do. What are multiple measures at each time point - same analyte or different ? on same row as different columns or different rows if the same and you want to get e.g a Median value why couldn’t you Desc. Stats with a Sort by Nominal time AND Subject? Could Stacker be helpful for you (remember the XnY imported data from the course last month?) and/or Append to bring lots of worksheets together. Simon.

Hi Simon, You are abslutely right, sorting by time and treatement (for the different profiles) gives me exactly what I want! Thanks, Camila.
