Dear Certara Team,

I am working on nonlinear absorption modelling in the monkey model. I need information about how to develop a population model using non linear absorption characteristics.

Dear Vikram

You can use the graphical interface and select an extravascular dose input. Then you have the option to select non linear absorption instead of the default linear first order absorption.
