Dear, Pinnacle 21 staff

We use Pinnacle 21 community v2.1.3.

Pinnacle 21’s start-up time have varied depending on the day since our company’s security policy changed this spring.

For example, sometimes it took 15 min, other times it took about 35 min.

We suspect anti-virus software interfere with Pinnacle 21’s start-up.

So, please let us know any information between Pinnacle 21 and anti-virus software, if possible.
