Hello everybody. I’ve just fitted a user-defined model for dermal absorption with 2 derm compartments and got a good description of my dataset. Now I would like to make predictions for the population with different dosing schedule. Means an upper quantile look fine, but the lower quantile curve ist always kind of “fuzzy” (no smooth curve), even if I increase the replicates up to 1000000. Any suggestions how to improve that ? can you share your data simulation design ? and the graph produced ? it will be also good to undertand what is your residual error model observe( Cobs =…) it might be that you have big residual error. Samer
