It looks like Electroporation is a procedure rather than of exposure to a device. So, in general we would suggest PR. But it’s difficult to know for sure without seeing the protocol, etc.

I would like to make a record of DX domain (Medical Device domain) and I am wondering which ROUTE terminology should I use for electroporation.
