# Validator Broken - Loading Engines and Configurations

Can you tell us about the firewall and network proxy configurations on the machine that receives this error?

Hello,

I am running 3.0.2 of P21 Community on Windows 10. The validator screen spins continuously with a message stating loading engines and configurations.

Here is a copy of the log:
