Dear all, How to determine the stripping dose when we use model 17 in winnonlin. In the manual, it was said that the stripping dose equals to the dose administered (P620). Dose it mean if a iv dose is 30mg and infusion is 20mg, the stripping dose is iv+infusion equals to 50mg? Thanks in advance!
That’s always been mine assumption? Is it causing you a problem, if so please supply an example project but remember this is a tool to get initial estimates, it’s not obligatory to use this. You might want to re-parametise as a Clearance model? Simon.
