# Word Export

Hi, I have a problem with Word Export. When I try to export I get Error (see attachment). How can I solve this problem? Thanks, Helen

Hi Helen, unfortunately your attachment did not come through (the forum has size and width restrictions), so it’s hard to tell what your problem is. I think probably it’s likely to be an issue better addressed via Support, please make sure to confirm version of Word and Phoenix when reporting the problem. Simon.

Hi Simon, I think I did something wrong when I was trying to attach the picture. I’ll try to solve this problem via Support. Thank you.
