-2LL value increase with QRPEM

Hi, I am trying to use QRPEM algorithm instead of FOCE-I but I found the value of -2ll is not decreased in iteration process but increase over time where it started around 10800 and ended close to 20101. I am not sure why this is happening with QRPEM?

I have attached the convergence plot.
