I am currently trying to use Pinnacle21 Community, but I am unable to access the service when connected through a proxy network.
In my environment, outbound connections are routed via a corporate proxy for security and compliance reasons. When accessing Pinnacle21 Community under this configuration, the connection appears to be blocked or rejected.
Could you please clarify whether access via proxy or VPN is restricted by design?
If so, is there any recommended configuration (e.g., IP allowlisting, specific headers, or network settings) that would allow legitimate proxy-based access?
Additionally, if there are specific network requirements (such as direct connection, TLS constraints, or IP reputation considerations), I would appreciate it if you could share the details.
