AD0127: Unable to trigger

To be clear, I am running version 2.1.1 of pinnacle 21 community.

Hi,

I am trying to trigger AD0127: (BASE or BASEC is populated for a unique USUBJID,PARAMCD but no baseline record exists). And I created the following test scenario:

STUDYID USUBJID AVISIT PARAMCD BASE ABLFL

XXXX XXXX-1234 VISIT 1 ABCD 1,2345

XXXX XXXX-1234 VISIT 2 ABCD 1,2345

Looking at the rule specification I would expect that this should trigger the rule:

Within a given Subject’s PARAMCD, a baseline value is populated (either BASE or BASEC) and there is not at least one record in that group marked as the baseline (ABLFL = Y).

But it isn’t.

Can anybody help me understanding what I do wrong, or confirm that this is a bug?
