I agree and thought it was a bit odd, but the CDISC ADaM IG 1.0 and ADaM 1.0 Validation rules documents posted by CDISC website specifically call this out as a requirment/constraint. You may want to post this question to CDISC forum and/or Linked in form under “CDISC ADamM” or “CDISC Advocates”

Hi,

In one of the study, I have more than 10 criterion flag to be populated for analysis.

Now opencdisc restrict more than 9 criterion is kind of unexpected. Is there any reason to restrict with minimal criterion?
