BQL does not work correct

Dear all,

the following problem I recently recognized under Phoenix 6.3,3 32-bit-Operating System, under Windows 7:

BQL rule does not work correctly. First I thought that I made a misstake, as I am not that experienced, and I consulted Helmut and he told me that it works quit well on his computer (also Version 6.3,32-bit, and Windows 7)

Is anybody out there who regcognized that problem?

Hints are appreciated

Best Regards,

Ellen

Dear Ellen,

could you describe the wrong behaviour in more detail. Perhaps you can share the project file.

Thanks,

Bernd

Thanks for the details. It seems that the function does not properly recognize Tmax. However, in my environment: Phoenix 6.3, 32bit, Windows 7, this is not reproducible. I suspect this has to do with environment settings. Would you be available for a remote session via webex?

Bernd

Hi Berd,

yes I am available for a remote session via webex

Hi Bernd,

Thank you for “looking over my shoulder”. I have tried it now several times, and it seems that it works quit correct, and very robust and works even correct also when “beginners” are apllying BQL.

We call it in German “Vorführeffekt” or may the english native speaker would say: “It never works when someone’s watching”… Strange, very strange …

So I just say

Many many thanks

Ellen
