Calculate change in WNL

Dear all,

I am trying to calculate the changes of day11 to baseline for the lab test. I know I can use baseline in the transformation to calculate this, but I will need to repeat many times since the dataset has lots of variables. Is there any easier way to do this?

Attached is my data set in excel for your reference.

Thanks,

MDMD

Hi MDMD, no Excel file is currently attached to your post, are you able to click Edit and add it or better yet the Phoenix project and then we can more easily comment if there is anything we can suggest to optimse your current workflow and processes.

In general the Data wizard will produce only one output column per step but you can easily insert several steps in one DataWizard object. The other option might be that you Stack your data so that there is only one ‘values’ column and then calculate the changes on that dataset. Aftwards you could use as it is, remembering to keep using the parameter name as a key identifier, or pivot it back again.

Simon.

Hi Simon,

Please see attached lab test project.

Hi Simon,

I figured out how to calculate it by stack the data. it is easy enough. So you don’t have to worry about this question.

thanks,
