Yes, you can run the OpenCDISC validator on CDASH or any other data format/structure using your custom validation profiles.

Implementations of the CDASH standard are very diverse across sponsors and EDC systems to have a single profile which will fit expectations of the whole industry.

Consider to use professional service to get help with building your company data standards profiles. Another option would be the OpenCDISC Enterprise product with a Profile Designer module.

Will the validator be made to run on CDASH so we can run it up front before the data is converted to SDTM format? Is there support to make it run on this format?
