Checks SD0087 and SD0088

Hi!

SD0087/88 checks are designed to work for all SDTM versions including 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 where the ACTARM variable is not present.

One usage for those checks is to identify not treated subjects.

It could be useful to add ACTARM as an optional variable in the Details report for those two checks to filter NOTTRT subjects.

These checks should be changed to work with DM.ACTARM/DM.ACTARMCD instead of DM.ARM/DM.ARMCD as a randomized subject may not be treated.
