CLI fails to create report

Hello Steve,

Thank you for the attachments. We can see the following:

Caused by: net.bootstrap.api.iq.IqException: Installation qualification check Expiration date check failed for GLOBAL at net.bootstrap.api.iq.advices.GlobalAdvice.iqGlobal(GlobalAdvice.java:24) ~[p21-client-1.0.4.jar:1.0.4]

Your engines appear expired. You should install the latest P21C from Downloads | Pinnacle 21 and let it download the up-to-date config files into the configs directory.
The default path to that directory is *Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\configs. *Then that directory can be copied into your CCLI working directory to replace the expired one.
I also suggest using the latest version of CCLI that comes with the app. It should be p21-client-1.0.8.jar
