Hi Sandy,

The SDTM Terminology.txt file is the tab-delimited version of the SDTM Terminology file available for download from CDISC, which lists this codelist as extensible, but does not explicitly define this value. You are encouraged to create a codelist definition in your define.xml to add extended terms. Currently, the Validator will still generate an error for the check against this file even if you do have a defined extended codelist, but we are working to remove this incorrect behaviour in a future release.

On SDTM Implementation Guide 3.1.2 page 253, TSVAL=“SUBJECTS DIAGNOSED WITH DISEASE” where TSPARMCD=“TDIGRP”.

In OpenCDISC SDTM Terminology.txt file, only one value can be found in code C66787, i.e., “HEALTHY SUBJECTS”. Can you consider extending that codelist? Thanks,
