We are excited to announce the release of Pinnacle 21 Community 4.1.0. This release adds support for Dataset-JSON for both validation and data conversion. Release notes are below (and can also be found in the Help menu within P21C).

General
- Fixed handling for extensions of Standards specifically for Define-XML 2.1 (bug fix)
- Fixed an issue where Define-CT files were not being pushed when published (bug fix)
Validator
- Added support for validation of DatasetJSON (enhancement)
- Removed Severity in NMPA validation reports (bug fix)
Define.xml Generator
- Generating a spec from define.xml now creates an Excel file which contains Standards without hyphens in the name (bug fix)
- Generating a define.xml from an Excel spec now references Standards with a hyphen for Define-XML 2.0, and without a hyphen for Define-XML 2.1 (bug fix)
- Generating a spec or define.xml that includes a dataset with a number in the 2nd position in the name (e.g., X6) no longer produces an error (bug fix)
Data Converter
- Added support for conversion of data into DatasetJSON format (enhancement)
