Hello all,
I have my time column in the following format - 12/11/08 8:35 AM.
I used Column Transformation feature in Phoenix to parse out the time and date. I want to plot the observed time vs. concentration but I get an error message and the data is not plotted. Surprisingly it can be plotted in excel. Can anyone tell me what is going on?
In the attacked file I want to plot CTIM vs ID.

Dear Ahsan,
It is unclear of what type of data transformation you used that didn’t generate any data to plot. I used a data transformation/change from baseline to calculate the relative time in hours from the baseline and then plotted the information. Attached is the resulting plot and the project.

Dear Ana, thank you so much. The Phoenix project file is a great way to discuss problems. I could figure out what I was doing wrong by going through your “setup” for column transformation. It was some thing trivial. Thank you Ahsan
