Is it possible to obtain a correlation matrix in the Phoenix model object output? In classic WinNonlin, there were matrices for both correlation and covariance. However, Phoenix only seems to show eta covariance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Katie
Morning Katie - you should have a table of ThetaCovariance; is that what you’re seeking - sorry not quite awake yet ;0) Simon.
I’ve added an enhancement request for it, QC 11434. " Requesting a theta correlation matrix in the ThetaCovariance worksheet, like in Omega, which has covariances and correlations below them. "
You need to email Pharsight Support to request an enhancement, correct? Thanks for the help. Cheers, Katie
Hi Katie - just to clarify on your question - in this specific case my colleague Emily has already logged the enhancement on your behalf so you need not do anything further. For background, when you email support@pharsight.com you are assigned a case number for your query. If Support finds that your problem confirms a bug or gap in the software then the issue will be entered in a our development database of enhancements etc., this system is is called Quality Centre, hence the “QC 11434” number that Emily gave you. When the issue has been addressed this will be confirmed in the Release notes by this reference number. One QC number might refer to several customers’ support case numbers. I hope that clarifies the process if you were confused/interested ;0) Simon.
That’s great thanks. Much appreciated. Cheers, Katie
