At the European User group we discussed this forum, and how to easily catch up with what’s going on. Using RSS feeds were suggested (by someone who obviously hadn’t thought it through - yep, that was me). Turns out this doesn’t work as you need to login to the forum. I read somewhere that you could put your credentials in the url like this Certara | Drug Development Solutions but this doesn’t work either. Any other suggestions ??? Paul.
Paul - we’re working on some options at the moment with the Forum administrators. I think they pushed something last night that may help. Please let me know if that was what you were looking for. Simon. Forthcoming meetings and training - Certara | Drug Development Solutions; Transitioning to Phoenix v6.1: 2 Nov 2010 Bristol, UK (prior to PKUK). Hi Simon and the board’s technical admins!! Some ideas: Tabs (ASCII 9) are not rendered by bowsers (see mbeliveau’s post #259 and its HTML-source). However, line breaks are transformed by the board’s scripts to the XHTML-tag
. Fine for the post, but in the RSS-feed these tags are stripped off, rendering the output as some kind of text-desert (at least in SeaMonkey 2.0.8 - same engine as Firefox/Thunderbird). There’s a limit set to 100 characters on the length of urls (truncated at 100 #). I had to manually correct the url within BBCodes above. Long urls are not uncommon. FDA’s famous Progesterone Guidance (SAS code for replicate designs / scaling - any suggestions how to implement that in PHX?) is 98 characters long and will ‘just make it’ - but ANDA Checklist for Completeness and Acceptability is 170 (!) characters long. IMHO the limit of 50 characters for the post’s subject line is also a little bit too restrictive.
