Hi Team,
We are trying to validate ADaM package using PMDA engine but are running into errors.
Error Message: “Validation failed. Please check that your upload has corrupted data with a valid file type.”.
Engine: PMDA 2311.0
Standard: ADaM-IG 1.2
Define: Dine XML 2.1.
Could you please provide us some work arounds what the cause might be. Team has confirmed there are no special characters in the file name or data.
Hi @anantha.khandavilli
You could try to identify the offending dataset (or datasets) by just trying to validate one at a time to see which ones work vs. which ones cause the error. What file format are you using? Are they all .xpt files? Or are they delimited, dataset-xml, or dataset-json format?
The best way for us to diagnose this would be for you to email us one of the offending datasets so we can try to figure out what is causing the error to appear. You could de-identify it before sending, if you prefer.
Thanks,
Trevor
Hi @Trevor_Mankus
Thanks so much for the response.
All the datasets are .xpt files.
I will let the team know of this suggestion if they can try find the offending dataset.
I received an email from an SME and was suggesting asking the Certara team to look at Job ID 38489 and QID 357747.
It will be helpful if you could please post more info on these.
Thanks,
Ananth.
@anantha.khandavilli Are you talking about P21 Enterprise? I figure you are, since you are posting Job IDs and QIDs. Please use the Customer Success team for P21E support – we can make sure to get you answers much faster than this Community forum.
Hi @Trevor_Mankus,
They have posted a link for Certara Team (Login - Pinnacle 21 Enterprise), looks like some information related to this issue.
Could you check the link, I tried but do not have access to it.
Thanks,
Ananth.
