ETHNIC and RACE codelist are shown as 'Extensible' in Pinnacle CT when they are Non-Extensible in CDISC CT

Hi Sergiy,

In CDISC December CT, ETHNIC and RACE are shown as non extensible codelist, But in pinnacle CT they are shown as Extensible. Please see below:

Is there any rationale for this difference?
