PK paramaters are calculated in Phoenix and Table of such paramaters e.g. C max according to subject, treatment, sequence and phase is produced in Phoenix. I am sure that at later date I will need to export such information into SAS. Now what is the best way to do this. Is it simply an export as a SAS transport flle? If “yes” then is there limitations., Can someone comment on this topic? Thank you, Angus
Hi Angus, Yes you could use SAS transport (*.xpt) or any other format that SAS supports e.g. CSV. What are the specific limitations that you’re concerned about regarding SAS transport files? The full PHX parameter name will be recorded in the SAS Label field. Simon
Simon: I am concerned that the SAS transport file containing the calculated PK paramaters from Phoenix comes into SAS cleanly the way expected so that there are no problems encountered. Often all data from clinical studies is put into SAS routinely. So it is helpful it the import procedure works properly. Angus
OK, that’s understood and it was of course tested when first implemented and upon each release. Please email Support if you find a problem Simon.
