Follow for Integral release updates

Most of you should have received this information by email at the beginning of September, but I reiterate it below to share information about 25.10.1, the next release of Certara Integral.

Integral 25.10.1 Scope

Integral 25.10.1 is a relatively modest release, with the next release anticipated for April2026.

  • Enhancements to the Integral public REST API (which was new in 25.4.1), including new endpoints and behavioral improvements

  • Functional enhancements (feature, usability, or performance improvements) in targeted areas of the product

  • Fixes for targeted reported issues

Draft Release Notes are available and there will be a “What’s New” webinar announced shortly. Additonally, Risk Assessment Report and the Validation Plan, and other supporting documents are now available for customers to review in ZenQMS. Please work with your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support if you do not have access to ZenQMS.

Integral 25.10.1 Timing

As noted above, we are targeting October delivery of Integral 25.10.1, with a shortened release cycle to achieve this. The schedule for delivery is as follows:

  • Deployment to US Staging: 14-OCT-2025

    • US customers can begin validation testing 15-Oct
  • Deployment to EU Staging: 16-OCT-2025

    • EU customers can begin validation testing 17-Oct
  • Deployment to US Production: 28-OCT-2025

  • Deployment to EU Production: 30-OCT-2025

The Integral plugins will be available shortly before the US staging deployment

We have also made the decision based on customer feedback not to deliver the software on a Friday. Rather we are deploying on a weekday with a working day that follows, in order to avoid challenges in offering customers support the day after the upgrade. Finally, we are moving the start of the upgrade from 1:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET, to minimize the impact on customer use of Integral during the working day. We expect the upgrade and validation to complete for each deployment within 2-3 hours.
