I’m trying to build a linear mixed-effects model in Phoenix WinNonlin to explore the concentration-QTc (C-QTc) relationship. However, I haven’t been able to find any relevant tutorials or courses. If anyone has experience with this or can point me to helpful resources, I’d really appreciate your support.

most of the time we do this in R but doable in phoenix lme module. back in the days we even had a QTc module but it was later cancelled. bottom line you just need to do the model as per the white paper:
