The HELP documentation shows how to select CDISC/SEND in the Preferences but I did not find that in my Preferences, see attached capture. Do I need to install a plugin before?

Simon, I do not have a Connect license. I will never need the majority of the functions Connect if offering. I understood from the Phoenix HELP Chapter on CDISC that an import export CDISC template is available in Phoenix, SEND is a form of CDISC. Where can I find this template ?

Phoenix supports the importing and exporting of CDISC data in either the SDTM (Study Data Tabulation Model) or the SEND (Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data) format.
Dieter, I am sorry but the CDISC functionality is part of the Connect license; as can be seen by reading the document in the help folder Phoenix Connect 1.4 User’s Guide.pdf
I appreciate that not everyone will use all features but I think that some of them in addtiont to CDISC support may be worth investigating for a ‘typical’ user particularly Reporter.
That said you could build the transformations and merges to handle CDISC import and and export as part of your workflow but that would probably cost more time/effort than the license fee.
