Is SD1057, SD1058 and SD1059 rules are required?

Hi Santhosh,

OpenCDISC does not expect pre-fixed length for variables. SD10057-9 checks were retired since v1.4.

Our advice is to not use outdated validation specifications.

Dear,

OpenCDISC is expecting fixed length for few variables mentioned in SD1057/8/9 rules.

If we consider the rule 1081 for ALL variables then we can produce optimum size of file. what do you think?
