Hi Michael,

It’s a bug we are fixing right now.

Meanwhile, as a workaround you can delete ‘Define.xml (NMPA).xml’ file in ‘…/configs/2010.1’ folder.

I have deleted this ‘Define.xml (NMPA).xml’ file in ‘…/configs/2010.1’ folder. Still issue is not resolved.

Could you please check what version of Community app are you running?

We resolved this issue in Community 3.1.1, please make sure to update and try the define.xml validation there.

Currently the “Message” column information of the define.xml validation report is populated with only Chinese in the “Details” tab

This also occurs in the “Rules tab”. This appears to be linked to the new engine, FDA 2010.1.

This issue pertains to the Community validator. An example validation report of a define.xml is provided.
