Missing VLM when convert Define Spec to Define.xml

What version of Community are you running? Feel free to attach the spec and the original XML in an email to community@pinnacle21.com and we can further review it as well.

Dear,

I created one define spec from define.xml in Pinnacle 21 community, and there are two records for APQS domain in ValueLevel tab, as shown below.

but when I use this define spec (without anything changed) to create a new define.xml by Pinnacle 21 community, there is no VLM for QSGRPID in the new define.xml, I put the screenshot of new define.xml below, would you please help to check it? Thanks.
