Dear all, I am using an i.v. PHX PK model with 2 dosages (2 compartment PK with deriv). There are 4 sessions which I want to analyze in a naive pooled design. The data for conc. and dosages are in one table and sorted by session, ID and time. Both dosages are indicated by 1 or 2 and I have unselected the sort input and selected the reset buttom (limits 1 to 1 to reset – run options or input options). There are no profile data mapped for individuals. In the results section, I get the following error message: Error in Individual: Error: An individual has 10028 rows of data, max is 1000 Model execution failed or cancelled Any idea? Thanks, Bertold
I’m sorry your question has been overlooked You’re correct an individual currently has a limit of 1000 rows, however you say you have not mapped subject ID to ID, I think you should do this to overcome this error message. ID is not a “Sort” so that should still achieve your Naive pool
Dear Simon, Thank you! I had removed the ID sort according to the user guide. The pooling is working now over sessions… The are 2 issues, I am wondering about: The AUC calculation does not work anymore (Run Options). Despite there are C values available from output. The (Run Options) command (seq(0,120,2) to report C data over time) does not provide C data. The “When Observe: CObs” command reports data at CObs times for C and CObs but not between and not after last CObs. Some C versus time data show jitter, some do not… see attachment. Perhaps bad data? Hi Bertold, regarding your “jitter” I ma not sure but to me it looks like the first plot is a population best fit, whereas the latter (right hand graph) appears to be trying to draw a single line that joins between individual estimates- to under stand better I would have to see the project that produced this plot. Similarly if C is not being produced (remember it is a VARIABLE in your table - I would suggest you submit your project either here or to Support if confidentiality cannot be handled with some obscuring of e.g. compound name. Lastly I am not sure what you mean by the AUC calculation in “Run Options” Simon.
