In PHX 1.3 (PHX NLME 1.1), the Phoenix Model covariate search run mode (stepwise and shotgun) does not longer provide result plots and some other worksheets available in previous versions. It does provide an overall worksheet and the scenarios tab indicate what the best model is (“Use” Dial Button). The reasoning for this change was that the user would only be interested in the output for the few best runs, but the magnitude of the output was causing long run times and even failures of runs. “Scenarios” run mode will still give all the output. The output that is not produced is the “Core Output” text result, and all the worksheets derived from it. The only worksheet produced is the “Overall” worksheet. There is an additional text result conveying the history of the search. To obtain full results for the model selected by the search, copy the model, switch to simple run mode, reset plots (in plot tabs) and rerun.
