No bootstrap option

Hi,

I’ve run a population analysis and wish to do a bootstrap however the option is greyed out. Has anyone seen this before? Could it be due to the data, the model, or something wrong with Phoenix?

Briefly, the dataset has 8 subjects, 2 different compounds and has successfully run with a covariance step.

Hello Teresa,

I guess you have mapped sort variable, pls remove that and this option would be enabled

Is it possible you sorted by compound? Split your data set per compound and try each compound separately. You should be able to do then bootstrap. Let me know. best. Serge

A disclaimer here that N=8 is small but neverthless the total number of possible bootstrap samples wiht replacement might be enough. There is no magic number I also invite to read this post !
