Define.xml validation is implemented differently than data validation. We should add a special message for cases when no issues are found.

When no issues are found (most often in validating define.xml), can you add a note to the Issue Summary tab stating this fact? Sometimes I get worried that OpenCDISC did not run correctly when I see nothing on this tab.
