Non standard terminology not detected by pinnacle21 community

Hi Umang,

Could you provide more details? What variables and non-standard terms do you refer to?

Are you sure that the new version of CT (2020-03-27) is downloaded to your computer? Do you have internet access and log in Pinnacle ID? Look at your “…\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\configs\data\CDISC\SEND\2020-03-27” folder for presence of SEND Terminology.odm.xml and .SEND Terminology.odm.eTag files.

Yes i have downloaded SEND CT 2020-03-27 from pinnacle website and also paste it at location which you have provided. only i dont know about SEND Terminology.odm.etag files. please tell me where i can find it?

Hi Umang,

CT files available for download on Pinnacle 21 website are for Community 2.2.0. They will not work with Community 3.x. You need to use Auto-Update functionality instead.

  1. delete your current folder “2020-03-27”
  2. prepare to run some validation selecting “2020-03-27”
  3. ensure that you are online and using Pinnacle ID (look at Help → Preferences → Pinnacle ID)
  4. after starting validation, new CT files will be uploaded to your computer

Hello,

while validate datasets with SEND CT 2019-12-20, software gives non standard terminology warning, but same warning has not been detected when select and validate datasets with SEND CT 2020-03-27. please suggest.
