Pinnacle application issue when we try to run the below steps in a citrix VDI

please find the below steps and error which we face only in VDI instance . For some reason we are not able to run in updated VDI ( but we are able to run it in other VDIs and also local machine ) …Here are the steps:

we are not sure what is breaking this application and we are not sure why this issue is happening .. please find the screenshots for reference .

Steps:

  1. Double-click the P21 executable in \am.corp.amgen.com\apps\CDA\UserData\stat\statlib\sps_prod\apps\pinnacle21\community

  2. Click the Validator icon:

  1. Change the Standard to Define.xml, select the file shown below (or any define.xml file), and click the Validate button:

  1. And we get the below error, click the Send Bug Report button:

After copying the community directory locally and running it from there, it failed again:

The Bug Report email said this:
