Thank you for the question. Yes, Pinnacle 21 Community will run temporarily without internet access if you click “Create new Pinnacle ID”, then “Skip for now” when you are asked to login with your Pinnacle ID. Pinnacle 21 Community will expire if it has not connected to the internet for six months.

Internet connection is required to automatically keep your installation up-to-date with the latest versions of CDISC terminology, UNII, NDF-RT, and validation engines. When internet connection is not available or limited, Community will quickly become outdated and may produce validation results that are no longer compatible with regulatory agencies.

Dear Pinnacle21,

due to some internal network configuration, Pinnacle21 version 3 has no internet access in order to authenticate the user. Is there any option to start the application and use it without any user login .
