Hello all,

I am modeling a pre-clinical PK-PD data set that fits the the indirect model III i.e. stimulation of kin. The PD data is normalized to vehicle treated group and is expressed as % change from baseline.

Next I need to link the PD model to a tumor growth inhibition model using the user defined modeling feature.

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a PML code to link the IDR model III to tumor growth inhibition model where the stimulation of PD response causes tumor cell death.

I am using Phoenix v 8.0 to model this data.
