Hello, I was checking out the “rawoutput.cvs” file it is not listing the theta, omega and LL for each executed sample as it is described in Phoenix 1.2 users guide. It is only listing the fixed effects estimates. Am I doing something wrong? THank you, Dora
The .csv file generated by the “Bootstrap” run option contains the values you’re referring to, one for each bootstrapped sample. The Sim/Pred Check run option will generate a .csv file with a similar name when you request a table in the “Tables” tab. The table will contain simulated data, all generated from the same, fixed, theta and omega. Random sampling is done to create new etas and epsilons. If you would like etas for each simulated subject in each replicate, simply type the name of the etas of interest in the “Variables” field (e.g., nCl, nV, …). Best regards, Emily
