Question on covariate analysis

Hi Simon, I was trying to add WT and other covariates to the model. First, I wanted to see the covariate plots. When I checked the covariate related plots in the Results Tab, such as “Pop Covariate Plots” after execution, I got a message “There is not enough data to create the plot”. It looks like the covariate data are not recognized by the model. It a .csv file. Is there a special format needed for the input of continuous type covariates or categorical type covariates? Hi wendy! You have to include your covariate by clicking the “Add From Unused” buttom in the structural tab under the parameters tab. Hope this would help! Coco

Thanks Coco, Wendy solved the problem it was a simple mis-mapping; once corrected she got the plots she was seeking; “Case closed” ;0)
