Rule SD2239 with message “Inconsistent value for --TPT” and description “Planned Time Point Name (–TPT) value must be consistent for all records with same Subject (USUBJID) and Assessment Date/Time (–DTC)”, is i.m.o. wrong.
It compares “planned” (-TPT) with “actual (-DTC)” and thus may lead to many false positives.
For example, if I have 2 tests with the same time point (e.g. “20 minutes after”…) and 1 test of these 2 has been done 1 minute later than the other, these will have the same time point (which is “planned”) but different -DTC (which is “actual”), which throws an error in the report.
Also, as Thierry already reported more than 3 years ago (!) - see SD2239 wrongly references CG0240 | Pinnacle 21, this rule has nothing to do with CG0240, and should not compare “planned” with “actual”. It looks as, even after 3 years, this rule still has not been removed.
