Are the values exact matches, in terms of lowercase and uppercase letters? If not, this error will be raised. Otherwise we’ll have to investigate a bit farther to figure out what the cause might be.

Yes - they match exactly. Although I can’t tell if there is a line feed or carriage return in there.

THe excel output from OpenCDISC states that there is a problem with IETESTCD not matching TITESTCD but I checked and they both have valid values that match.
