Dear all,

Certara’s free template (InVitroBE_V3.3) include two datasets (see below). Anyone know how those datasets are generated. Thanks for help

“FDA and XLS results” – these results are extracted from the FDA guidelines on InVitroBE

note that “DO_Not_MODIFY_ttable_05” – used for the calculations

Thanks for replying. I aware some of data in “FDA and XLS results” dataset is from FDA table of “Reference-scaled”. I need to know thing of that in more details, such as why the variable “XLS-scaled” was generated, how the table was constructured. Any reference or publication would be helpful. I watched the video, but it doesn’t give me much information
