Hello, I am trying to set up a simulation using trial simulator. I have set up the drug model with plasma concentrations in a Response block, inputed the observation schedule for the plasma concentrations. The PD parameter I am interested in calculating based on the simulated concentration-time profiles, is time over MIC. Any suggestions on how to go about calculating this? My feeling is that I have to use a “Procedure” block, but I don’t know how to set it up and once setup, how to test it. I would greately appreciate any pointers! Thanks! Dora
