When doing single-dose analysis using the NCA module if you are not seeing all the parameters (e.g. CL_obs) in the output you should check the following settings: 1. Make sure that in your dosing sheet you did NOT enter the values of 0 in the TAU column. If you are doing single dose analyis the column tau should be blank. If you are doing mixed analysis of steady-state and non-steady-state profiles then make sure than the non-steady state profiles are blank. DO NOT ENTER THE VALUE OF ZERO FOR TAU 2. Check your Setup>Parameters Names and if using an internal worksheet make sure that the parameter of interest is checked as YES in the column ‘Include in Workbook’
