Your value does not seem correct to me. It should be a code like ‘N0000153235’, at least as an FDA rule (FDAC285)

You can test PCLAS values using the web service explained at: http://rxnav.nlm.nih.gov/NdfrtAPIREST.html

For example: http://rxnav.nlm.nih.gov/REST/Ndfrt/parentConcepts.xml?nui=N0000153235

Is OpenCDISC using such web services? That would be interesting to know…

HI, We have TSPARMCD=’PCLAS’ and TSVAL=’Interleukin-17A-directed Antibody’ I am getting ERROR SD2263: Invalid TSVAL value for PCLAS I am checking this by using Opencdisc V2.0.2
